All dogs will be subject to an initial assessment by Happy Trails prior to using our services. Happy trails reserves the right to refuse admission to any dog they believe to be dangerous or disruptive.
The customer agrees that by admitting their dog Happy Trails has relied on the customer’s word that their dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression towards any other dog or a person.
The customer agrees to notify Happy Trails immediately of any aggressive or dangerous behaviour of their dog.
The customer is solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by their dog while it’s under the care of Happy Trails.
Happy Trails will only let dogs off lead once the consent form has been signed and will remain at the discretion of Happy Trails.
Happy trails offer services where dogs mix in groups and the customer accepts that during the course of normal dog play their dogs may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully supervised but sometimes injuries may occur.
The customer is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their dog receives while under the care of Happy Trails, together with any associated costs. The customer authorises Happy Trails to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary. Happy Trails will try and use your regular vet but this can’t be guaranteed. The customer agrees to pay all costs immediately upon pick up of their dog, or by agreement with the vet.
The customer consents to their dog being photographed, filmed or used in any media or advertising by Happy Trails without prior approval. All such media remains the property of Happy Trails.
The customer agrees that Happy Trails is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing or any other item left with their dog.
The customer agrees to provide keys/arrange access to the dog for the agreed appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation for that days services and will need to be paid in full.
Happy trails does allow intact dogs to join groups. We can walk bitches in season separately from any intact males but we can’t be held responsible for any accidents.
